On arrival staff weren’t friendly grounds need to be mowed and weeded. The room we were in had door on shower room that wouldn’t close which didn’t fit properly and shower tiles need a good clean holes in floor around basin, bed was hard. rooms definitely need upgraded can see why it’s cheap. Would we stay again No. really appealing with cigarette butts on ground and long grass and pool not clean, dog barking all night very noisy and the smell from staff was atrocious

Just arrived in Shepparton and almost ended up without a place to stay, so I was a bit scared. But after coming here, the owner welcomed me with a glass of milk, which felt really warm. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. Really grateful this place is great.

Very quiet motel. We had the family from consisting of 2 single beds in on room and double/queen in main room. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. The bathroom is large consisting of double shower and full size deep bath. Very clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable and firm. Plenty of space. There is also a 2 seater couch in main area.
